Retirement in Guatemala

You might have an employee at your house who is a women and if you have her working everyday you have to know that the 10th of May is an holiday for the mothers in Guatemala. There fore she has the day off and her day is paid.. It doesn't affect her monthly wage. Just make sure you have her signing her monthly wage sheet that she did took the day off.. According the decree 1794  october 1968.
